At Orient Watch, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, original warranty manual, and all protective packaging into the original box to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the piece and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
